Choose your own virtual adventure! Register for the event and you'll receive the link to the get to the Virtual Open House on our website. Beginning August 11, you can access a series of more than 25 videos that give you insight in to the Lafayette experience. Watch a few videos or watch them all! You have the ability to choose your adventure through this Virtual Open House. Then, join us for three signature virtual events.

On-Demand Information Session
Any time, day or night, access our pre-recorded video information session that will give you a glimpse into the opportunities offered through academics, student life, study abroad, athletics and more. Engineering Information Sessions

Join the Director of the Engineering Division as he shares with you the beauty of pursing engineering in a liberal arts setting. He will detail the hands-on research opportunities, the classes that inform and intrigue, and how students capitalize on their Lafayette education to launch their careers and grad school plans.

Applying to College in 2021. It's Your Story. Share it Well

November 4 at 4 pm

Join Dean of Admissions, Matt Hyde, in a candid discussion about the effort of searching for and applying to college. At Lafayette, we believe the experience of the college search to be a rite of passage that can (and should) be full of introspection, self-celebration and the amassing of personal agency.  Matt will share thoughts on how best to approach this moment in time and maximize the opportunity prospective students have to effectively capture their voice, presence, and reality in the confines of a college application.

Essay Writing Workshop
November 11 at 4 pm ET
Learn how to craft an essay that will add new dimension to your application and showcase your unique personality to admissions directors.

International Student Session: Office Hours with Your Admissions Director

October 13 at 8 am and 10 am ET
The U.S. highly competitive college application process can appear steeped in mystique and often appear opaque in requirements that are not straightforward. The purpose of these regularly scheduled sessions is to avail ourselves and to talk directly with you and answer many questions we assume are on your mind about Lafayette and your application! Come armed with any and all questions and we are here to help, guide and support you!  

Talk and Tour Online 
Tuesdays at 4 pm and Wednesdays at 2 pm
During this 75-minute presentation you will spend the first 15 minutes gaining an overview of the College from an admissions director. A 60-minute virtual tour, led by our student Ambassadors of Lafayette will highlight areas and experiences of campus that are an integral part of the Lafayette experience. An admissions director will wrap up and provide time for questions. Choose the date on the calendar above when you would like to engage with us, then click on Connect Virtually.

Leopard Connect 
Engage with a current student in a one-on-one virtual meeting, email or text exchange to absorb the Lafayette vibe while you get all your questions about college answered. Register today and a student will be in touch soon!

Admissions Virtual Interview
Now through January 2022

Seniors in high school and transfer students may sign up for a 30-minute virtual interview with an admissions director or senior interviewer. Interviews are not required, but they are encouraged and can add depth to the student's application. Interviews are conducted at 9:15 am, 11:15 am, 1:15 pm, 3:15 pm, 5:15 pm and 7:15 pm ET. Consult our Interview FAQs for more information. Choose the date on the calendar above when you would like to engage with us, then click on Connect Virtually.

Audio Tour

We are open for on-campus visitation! Lafayette offers on-campus visits to prospective students and their families. Visitors are asked to wear a mask when engaged with a member of the campus community and when indoors. We look forward to meeting you!

Engineering Center Tours
Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday & Fridays at 2:15 pm
Saturdays at 11:15 am

Engineering students who are currently conducting summer research on campus take time out of their busy day to meet you! Our students will take you on a 45-minute tour of the engineering facilities, including labs, classrooms, and study spaces. This is great opportunity to see the labs up close and ask questions of those generating new projects and ideas.

Ambassador-Led On-Campus Tours

Weekdays at 8:45 am, 10:45 am, 12:45 pm, 2:45 pm. Saturdays at 11 and 11:30
This 90-minute experience begins with a 15-minute introduction from an admissions director, followed by a 75-minute in-person tour led by a current Lafayette student through the outdoor spaces and into the buildings of our campus. While you can see the classroom and dining space during your tour, a residence hall visit is not available at this time. Consult the On-Campus Visitation FAQs for more information.

Self-Guided On-Campus Tours: Students may register for a self-guided tour when they reach campus using the QR code posted at the kiosk in front of Markle Hall. Self-guided tour brochures are located beneath the kiosk. Families may enter buildings on campus. For more information, consult our On-Campus Visitation FAQs.
