Lafayette continues to offer on-campus visits to prospective students and their families. Please note the 
Pennsylvania state requirements for those traveling to the state that require a negative COVID test or 14-day quarantine. All visitors to the campus must follow these guidelines, in addition to remaining masked and socially distance at all times during your visit, to assist in keeping our campus community safe. We look forward to engaging with you!

Ambassador-Led On-Campus Tours
Open all students and their families, this in-person tour is led by a current Lafayette student for up to 75 minutes through the outdoor spaces of our beautiful campus. Social distancing and masks are required, and families may not enter buildings. Up to 2 families are taken on each tour. Consult the On-Campus Visitation FAQs for more information.

Self-Guided On-Campus Tours
: Open to all students and their families, use our online tour or a self-guided tour booklet to lead yourself around the outdoor spaces of the campus. Social distancing and masks are required, and families may not enter buildings.

Weekend and Evening Self-Guided On-Campus Tours:Students may register for a self-guided tour when they reach campus using the QR code posted on the door if they self guide outside of the 9 - 4 hours. For more information, consult our On-Campus Visitation FAQs.

In this student-only offering (no Admissions directors here!) our current Leopards share their experiences and answer all the questions you might have about college life.

Regional Meet & Greet Events

Meet with the person who reads you application and get all your questions answered. See the events in your area

Leopard Lunch: Thursday 12:15 - 1 pm

Meet with a group of current and prospective students for a 45-minute lunch break. Come with a sandwich, salad, taco and all your questions for our current Leopards.

Leopard Connect 
Engage with a current student in a one-one-one virtual meeting, email or text exchange to absorb the Lafayette vibe while you get all your questions about college answered. Register today and a student will be in touch soon!

ROTC Information Session
December 7 at 7 pm

Meet our Gold Bar Ambassadors as they shares their experiences with ROTC at Lafayette and show how ROTC can pay for your college experience while adding a military science component to your education. The 30-minute presentation is followed by a chance for students and families to ask questions.

Essay Writing Workshop
Tuesday, December 8 at 4 pm EST
How do you best express who you are within a 600-word essay or a 250-word short answer? Find out how to craft the story of you during this 1-hour session, which includes time for your specific questions.

Applying to College in 2020
Thursday, December 17 at 4 pm EST

During this 1-hour program Dean of Admissions Matt Hyde will share thoughts on how best to approach this moment in time and maximize the opportunity prospective students have to effectively capture their reality in the confines of a college application. 

Ambassador Online Tour
Monday - Thursday at 2:30 pm and 7 pm EST
Friday at 12:45 pm

During this 75-minute student-led virtual tour, our Ambassadors of Lafayette will do what they do best: share our campus and their Lafayette experience with you!


Monday - Friday at 9:15 am, 11:15 am, 1:15 pm & 3:15 pm, 5:15 pm & 7:15 pm EST

Seniors in high school and transfer students may sign up for a 45-minute virtual interview to enhance the application. Interviews are not required, but they are encouraged.

Information Session

Monday at 4 pm and Friday at 12 pm EST

This online opportunity provides insight into the Lafayette experience with an admissions director. The 30-minute presentation is followed by a chance for students and families to ask questions.

On-Demand Information Session

Any time, day or night, access our pre-recorded video information session that will give you a glimpse into the opportunities offered through academics, student life, study abroad, athletics and more. Sign up for the session today so you can access it today. If you sign up for a future date, you cannot access the video until that day. 

January Open House: January 7, 2021 at 2 pm

Martin Luther King Jr Day Open House: January 18, 2021 at 12 pm
Explore how Lafayette College creates Our Beloved Community on campus. A panel discussion with Q&A opportunities will feature members of the college community.  Hear from first generation college students at Lafayette and enjoy a virtual residence hall and campus tour.  Get ready to be inspired!

Presidents' Day Open House:February 15, 2021 at 12:00 PM
