Interview With Us!

Interviewing is a great way to enhance your application and get to know Lafayette better. Interviews are evaluative and informative. That means we spend time getting to know and capturing that information to your application. Plus we want to answer any questions you might have about Lafayette.

Students may participate in one interview during the admissions cycle in one of the following ways:

  • virtual interview
  • on-campus interview
  • regional interview in your area
  • interview with an alum, usually virtually
  • through a community-based organization (CBO)
Interviews began in June, and the last day to sign up for interviews will be January 9, 2026. Interview slots fill quickly so don't wait! You can interview before or after you submit an application to the College.  Consult our Admissions Interview FAQs for more information about interviews.

Alumni Interviews

Want to learn about Lafayette from the perspective of after-graduation trajectories? Interview with an alum. Our alumni volunteer their time to interview prospective students, so we do require students to submit an application to Lafayette before requesting an alumni interview. Also note that this is a request, and there is no guarantee you will receive an interview with an alum. Request an interview now. Deadline is January 9, 2026
